Weigh master of incoming and outgoing shipments of products and grain. Communicate instructions to drivers, loaders and other internal and external customers. Complete proper documentation for incoming and outgoing products, and monitor facility security. Inspect incoming van and bulk trailers to ensure they meet food safety requirements. Probe incoming grain and notify receiving of product and sample availability. Assist Receiving Operators in bulk bi-product loading, unloading grain via hopper trailers and rail cars.
